哈哈廚房;中西fusion之Sous Vide 慢煮鹵水鴨胸
試完鹵水鴨腿大成功之後,當然繼續試。今次整鹵水鴨胸~
一樣都係Whole Foods 買鴨胸!加鹵水真空封袋。用Sous Vide Supreme 75C 浸左1.5小時~又係多油到嚇屎你。
滑度夠晒,拍得住「阿鴻小吃」既水準。但唔夠入味。一個半鐘真係未夠。下次會試耐少少!

哈日米米, did you get a chance to re-try making this? How long do you recommend for the meat to be 入味?
