哈哈廚房:Cuisinart Steam Oven 試爐-慢蒸三文魚


食咗咁多日雞食下魚先~

見個個都 slow cook / slow steam salmon, 等我都試下!

130F 25 min... Wow 真係滑滑滑!但佢又唔係生架喎~
老公話拍得住 Jean Georges 嗰碟三星 salmon 呀!






由於 slow steam 係唔會將魚煮到全熟,所以買 sashimi grade 嘅 salmon 就食得安心D。
我呢 pack 喺  Whole Foods 買, 大約 US$ 15 兩件, 都ok啦~

  1. I made this before and it's really tasty. BUT I can't sear the skin - whenever I do, the skin will just stick to the pan. Do you have the same issue?
