哈哈廚房:皮脆肉滑的Kinki (附食譜) - Seared Kinki Snapper Recipe

繼續試玩Philips Airfryer, 今晚終於輪到魚魚啦~~~當然唔係普通炸魚咁簡單啦!

係咪好吸引呢?其實真係超容易整~



Ingredient 材料 :

Kinki Snapper (about 0.4lb)
Black Pepper 黑胡椒
Salt 鹽               
Corn Starch 生粉
Ponzu                    
Yuzu Pepper柚子胡椒

Directions 做法:

1. Clean the Kinki Snapper and dry it with paper towel. 將魚洗完之後記得要抹乾~


2. Add pinch of salt and pepper and wait for about 10 minutes.跟據個人重或淡口味加適量既鹽同黑胡椒,然後攤佢15分鐘~

3. Rub the Kinki surface (both sides) with corn starch. 係兩邊拍一層生粉~

4. Use Philips AirFryer at 350F for 15 minutes, with fish skin facing down. 放入AirFryer用350F/180C 焗15分鐘,魚皮向下~

5. Flip over the fish after 10 minutes. 大概10分鐘到要開一開將魚皮反向上~

6. (Optional) Use a torch to slightly sear the fish. 其實如果無Torch都可以直接上碟,不過我覺得Torch過會更加香同更加脆~ 如果屋企有小朋友玩火槍既時候就要小心啲啦~


7. Add ponzu and yuzu pepper to finish the dish. 最後加埋Ponzu同柚子胡椒就大功告成~


係咪好容易呢?好快又攪掂一餐~
