哈哈廚房:Cuisinart Steam Oven 試爐-維他奶燉蛋 ( 黑豆味 )
夜媽媽想食燉蛋但冇奶冇cream 咁點好呢?
雪櫃入面有:
(1) 啤酒
(2) 黑豆維他奶...
咁... 冇理由用啤酒燉蛋架?
(其實下次都可以試下...哈哈!)
就用盒黑豆奶啦!
一盒黑豆奶 250ml, 兩隻蛋蛋啱啱好~
由於黑豆奶本身已經甜,所以
唔好
再落糖喇~
我用咗 200F / 20 min,
滑到豆腐花咁!
唔知 190F 得唔得呢?
下次試下用麥精先......
