哈哈廚房:失敗了的Sous Vide 慢煮三文魚
話失敗其實又唔係真係好差既。不過係我自己本身唔鍾意食熟既三文魚。
加鹽加lemon加胡椒真空放入Sous Vide Supreme 60C 20 分鐘。上網話60C係Medium,咁我呢舊只係Whole Foods買既WILD Salmon,唔係sashimi grade(但又貴過sashimi),唔敢整太生啦。
出黎就變成咁。我覺得幾肉酸。當堂無晒食欲。
食落去,嘩,熟晒啦,洗鬼慢煮咩?
