哈哈買物:Cuisinart Steam Oven 開爐之滑滑燉奶
同哈日人人一樣,想買Miele好耐。原本真係諗住等買左屋先裝個Build in model。不過見哈日人人試得咁開心又話好用。比佢毒到就敗了這個Steam Oven... 我當然都係係BBB用20%off coupon買啦。呵呵呵!
開爐當然係是我最愛既燉奶啦!因為呢邊係搵唔到邊度有得食~最多都係得燉蛋無燉奶!

呢隻 Ranch 99 買嘅。
用花鵰同海鹽醃雞起碼 1hour,190F pure steam 45 min。

終於黎到LAST一舊了~今次係Beef Knuckle!
當然都係用LC Grill Pan~
紋路都好唔錯~
有少少似熊仔頭~哈哈~
今年Matsutake(松茸)當造,好鬼平呀~
用Grill Pan 煎幾分鐘就可以上碟。
切個柚子配黎食,一絕~
切記松茸係唔好用水洗,洗左就無晒味架啦~要用濕布/濕紙慢慢抹(都幾多功夫),我就通常用刀背刮。

哈哈增肥:好甜美的美國加州Keitt芒果
多得哈日人人介紹我聽原來加州係有一隻芒果叫Keitt Mango,係LA唔係好見到有(其實係懶去搵。),今次上三藩市就順手買埋返黎啦。
講起上黎,呢隻芒果都係我成個trip唯一買既野囉。呢隻Mango有幾巴閉?巴閉到一年得2個月有得賣!

好懶,煲滾有機雞湯,放D松茸放舊 black cod加兩片 napa,蒸咗 45 min,飲得喇!
