哈哈廚房:Le Creuset版的雞軟骨唐揚
前幾日
C6用LC整天婦羅
大成功之後,我又心郁郁想整雞軟骨唐揚。
呢邊日本鋪既雞軟骨係雞胸上面個舊,唔係圓圓個隻。加麵粉同唐揚。
用LC 18cm Round 小小地黎炸(唔洗用咁多油嘛~)
出黎好脆好好味。絕對拍得住我呢邊TORIHEI既水準!
