哈哈廚房:Cuisinart Steam Oven 試爐-紅棗蒸滑雞
有咗 steam oven 真係好開心~
蒸野話咁易!唔駛開爐唔駛開鑊唔駛等水滾!快靚正~
平時用鑊蒸野,水蒸氣 100C/210F 冇得揀。
而家有蒸爐,可以用低溫蒸耐D,即係類似低溫慢煮 slow cooking 嘅原理。
呢碟係 Mitsuwa 買嘅 Jidori 地雞脾。
同一包雞脾, 我分別試過用 210F steam 15 min, 同 190F steam 28 min。
結果:190F 嗰碟真係滑好多好多好多好多好多好多......
好神奇!
