哈哈廚房:再來岩手牛ステーキ配松茸
終於黎到LAST一舊了~今次係Beef Knuckle!
當然都係用LC Grill Pan~
紋路都好唔錯~
有少少似熊仔頭~哈哈~
今年Matsutake(松茸)當造,好鬼平呀~
用Grill Pan 煎幾分鐘就可以上碟。
切個柚子配黎食,一絕~
切記松茸係唔好用水洗,洗左就無晒味架啦~要用濕布/濕紙慢慢抹(都幾多功夫),我就通常用刀背刮。
