上次 slow steam 完地雞脾想試下 chinese market D黃毛雞。
呢隻 Ranch 99 買嘅。

用花鵰同海鹽醃雞起碼 1hour，190F pure steam 45 min。
放涼斬件，攪掂！

呢間餐廳舊年都仲係一星今年就變咗二星喇！
Chef 係少數女嘅米芝蓮大廚。

佢稱佢地嘅食物為 Poetic Culinaria，因為每一碟菜式都會圍繞住一首詩，再將食物跟據詩中意境砌成為好似一幅畫咁！真係好靚同好有心機～

第二次去Club 33，對上個次已經係2006年，當時係公司出錢～今次要自己出，不過真係好鬼抵～淨係比餐飯錢又包埋Disneyland同California Adventure門票，物超所值，最重要係Club 33唔係人人都去到，全世界得幾百個會員only，真係多謝我公司有呢個福利～～～ ^^
