終於有機會試啦~
首先用鹽麴同黑胡椒醃,真空封包過夜。放入Sous Vide Supreme 65C for 30分鐘。我唔記得左放左1個鐘多少少。
呢個Video睇完你會發現Sous Vide同普通Cooking有咩分別~出黎個Texture完全唔同!
