哈哈廚房:在家活劏生海膽

你無睇錯,又係海膽。話說上次感恩節海膽四味之後有JM問我有無試過Catalina Offshore Products既海膽?

呢個網站我見過好耐,一直都無試過,既然JM咁推介,我當然去試下啦。因為Minimum Order要$50,我訂左一盒California Gold Uni,2隻Live Uni seaweed,連shipping overnight $60。



第一次收新鮮野食,好緊張。一見Status係delivered就衝去Lobby pick up 呢個box!



樣子都幾嚇人。

真係好Q大個!

呢D咁恐怖既野都係留返C6做。係佢個底「隻眼」位用刀個角位陰力咁敲。

跟住就會成塊開出黎。

倒裡面既海膽出黎。唔好要D腸,係咁沖水。



呢隻海膽仲癡住左,要用spoon刮出黎。

要過一過鹽水。再用紙吸水先上碟。

兩隻海膽出黎既都好唔同。

呢舊野真係幾恐怖。咁樣開左佢,掂佢D騷都仲郁,真係驚驚。

講真,之前係日本同美國既都食過活海膽。其實都係Gimmick比較多,因為睇外表你真係估佢唔到裡面既Quality,都係買一盒貴既會好味好多囉!

  1. 在家活劏海膽 - you are so brave, I tried once, but make a mess in the kitchen and they smell really bad for a couple of day:)

    1. 我聽講海膽上水後三日內要開,唔係唔食得。全程都係C6攪,我負責之後清潔only..咁好好彩又無smell。不過真係好花心機同時間,直接買一盒盒海膽會好好多。
