哈哈廚房:試中西Fusion的Sous Vide鹵水牛筋
一向都鍾意食牛筋,係Nijiya 見到有切開晒既牛筋賣,即刻買黎試下Sous Vide先~
呢味鹵水牛筋,超好味。
又係就咁用LKK 鹵水汁真空封口,再放入Sous Vide Supreme 同70C 煮36小時。(其實好似24小時都得,不過我懶無拎上黎。)
再切Chives放面上碟。
超好味。D汁變得好厚。好多骨膠原架~
配米粉湯面湯河就一流~
