哈哈廚房:Cuisinart Steam Oven 試爐 - 石澳梅菜王蒸鯇魚

冇咩特別,純粹試爐。




見到有 USA Farmed 嘅新鮮 (佢話) 鯇魚買咗舊嚟試下。

之前買過 from Taiwan Previously Frozen 嘅完全唔掂,D泥味好臭,睇下所謂 "fresh" 嘅本土鯇魚會唔會好D先......

洗乾淨抺乾水:


洗好呢隻 "Product of China" 嘅香港石澳梅菜王芯。
我見佢喺香港咁出名又幾好食,點知最近 check 下個package原來其實係 Product of China。究竟真係 China 設廠,定係其實係 "Product of (HK,) China"?

佢已經係甜嘅,但洗完我都慣例撈少少糖。


放魚面入爐 200F 25min,結果係未熟透。可能太厚。
呢舊魚用明火蒸 25min 肯定熟晒啦,唔知係因為爐唔夠熱定係 200F for 鯇魚太低溫?
(但上次蒸魚雲都 ok 架喎...)


210F 補多 10 min 就 ok 喇。
淋熟油豉油~

結果魚腩位置好苦,肯定劏魚嗰個人劏穿個膽~
嘥晒D魚腩!

泥味都有少少但好過 from taiwan 嗰D好多喇。
