哈哈廚房:Cuisinart Steam Oven 試爐-蒸滑雞&蒜蓉蒸蝦
尋日整煲仔飯仲有雞剩,點好呢?見哈日人人成日話蒸雞好味,我都試下蒸先~
190F for 38min.. 好滑好好味。其實我估應該唔洗咁耐,但我見我係雪櫃直接攞出黎就蒸。
下次會試下30分鐘~不果蒸咁耐都咁滑真神奇。
晚餐再嘗試蒸蝦,好得bor~210F 20min~
Steam oven真係方便到爆燈~
