哈哈廚房:Cuisinart Steam Oven 試爐-蒸全雞(6) 四季鹽焗雞粉蒸黃毛雞

又嚟蒸雞!

尋日香港時間冬至出咗街食超正握り寿司おまかせ造節... 今日美國時間冬至就留喺屋企蒸我嘅至愛黃毛雞。原本想打邊爐架,不過晏晝食拉麵食得太飽,都係蒸隻雞好喇...


今次試四季鹽焗雞粉,呢隻野細細個就食,原來要嚟蒸都 ok 喎。


用咗 3/4 包醃雞,留返 1/4 包開水做「沙薑醬」點雞。


同樣 190F 45 min, 真係熟晒架!


package 話要醃 3 hrs,但時間關係我只係醃咗 1 hr 都夠味。
