哈哈廚房:Cuisinart Steam Oven 試爐-蒸全雞(1) 花鵰蒸全雞
上次 slow steam 完地雞脾想試下 chinese market D黃毛雞。
呢隻 Ranch 99 買嘅。
用花鵰同海鹽醃雞起碼 1hour,190F pure steam 45 min。
放涼斬件,攪掂!
連雞胸都唔"鞋" (話雞胸滑就呃你嘅),但都真係算係咁。
睇下幾多雞汁!係真雞汁, 唔係 May 姐嗰D!呵呵~
放涼隻雞同斬雞期間用D雞汁煲個雞油飯,炒多碟雞油豆苗。食得!
