哈哈廚房:LC Tagine食譜-羊脾


尋日整完摩洛哥雞,見個 Tagine 未收埋今日整埋雪櫃嗰兩隻羊脾先。

整法同摩洛哥雞差唔多但羊脾當然要煮耐好多啦~
落咗菜之後要煮 1 - 1.5 hour 架~

再加上我得西蘭花冇晒番茄,咁由於西蘭花並唔會好似番茄咁出水,所以放咗菜之後要落返多D水。你落 broth/stock 都得。大約 1 Cup 啦~ 記得記得較細火!

我喺最後 15 min 放咗支 fresh rosemary 入去加D香味。
