哈哈米星:米芝蓮★ Asanebo @ Los Angeles

沒有看錯, 這間完全不起眼的餐廳拿了米芝蓮一星,而且還要在Studio City呢D 比較細既district!!我也很好奇, 自從上個禮拜開始了我的「米芝蓮」探秘之後, 這個禮拜就試一下這個吧!! 先從日本菜的落手, 因為LA的西餐廳很多時候老闆都會帶我們去的, 只是跟老闆吃的時候要拍照就不太好了....




Asanebo有A la carte跟Omakase, 既然來了, 當然就會試Omakase了...

分了3個價錢: (注意, 係未計Tax 同tip架.... Tax+Tip至少要25%-30%, 所以大家要看自己的荷包做人了...)
A - about USD $75-100 per person
B - about USD $100-125 per person
C - about USD $125+ per person

我一向好少飲酒的, 也吃不了那麼多, 所以我選了B..

中間的就是我今晚的Chef

1. Spinach Salad with Blue Crab - 呢個其實都幾好味..., 不過我會覺得用Blue Crab肉好似cheap左少少...

2. Scallop, Momotaro Tomatoes and Grape Seed Oil - 我其實平時唔食raw tomatoes架,之前唔記得講我唔食添, 不過呢個係超級好味...司傅仲要係你面前燒舊scallop...舊Scallop係岩岩好, 不過最重要係個sauce, blend埋好掂!!!

3. Littleneck Clams with Komatsuna - 掂完之後就覺得呢個一般... littleneck clams 都好平架喎...

4. Hama Hama Oyster with Sweet Vinegar and Onion - 哈哈哈..呢排食左太多整得好好味既Oyster..呢個高低立見.. 我只能話OK而已.. 不過個sauce真係唔錯...

5. Seafood Egg Roll of Shrimp, White Fish, Yuzu Pepper, Shiitake Mushrooms with Endive in Shiso Salsa - 呢個其實都幾OK...不過無咩驚喜~

6. Halibut Sashimi - 佢切到幾厚下, 又唔會溶係口既~

7. Miso marinated Chilean Sea Bass with Cranberry Gelee - 全部都係Cranberry Gelee味....我覺得0徒左舊Sea Bass!

8. Kurobuta Kakuni (Japanese Pork) with Cranberry Gelee - 又係得Cranberry Gelee 味, 不過舊豬食得出係好味既!

9. Grilled King Crab Leg - taste great... but no surprise~

10. Asari Dobinmushi

Asari Dobinmushi - 裡面有mushrooms, shrimp, chicken 同littleneck Clam..味道好淡.....

11. Sushi Plate. Top left - Blue Fin Tuna Top right - yellow tail Bottom left - 我唔記得左, 不過呢隻魚我都係第一次食, 有少許咸... Bottom right - red snapper 都係same comment..真係普通料...

Tamago 有埋自己間店個名..... 不過其實我覺得舊Tamago麻麻...

一人埋單價: 大概$150 USD (tax & tip included)

幾失望下... 樣樣都ok啦. 熟食多..其實係咪算Fusion? D sushi/sashimi 我覺得一般而已... 我其實想食生野多過熟野囉....下次如果去..叫a la carte應該會好少少.. (價錢上)
